Apply to Present a Concurrent Session at IFM's Annual International Conference  

All presentations will be live, in person, at the Manchester Grand Hyatt Hotel in San Diego, California, between Thursday, May 28 and Saturday, May 31, 2025.

AIC 2025 presentations are expected to connect to our theme: "Transforming Health Through Connection, Innovation, and Comprehensive Care".

Providing useful, unbiased and clinically relevant information to conference attendees is IFM’s primary goal.
To that end, all presentation submissions must meet the following criteria for consideration:

  1. Recommendations for patient care are based on current science, evidence, and clinical reasoning. 
  2. Recommendations provide a fair and balanced view of diagnostic and therapeutic options
  3. The content is free from commercial bias and avoids implicit or explicit marketing of products or services.

*Please Note: As an accredited CME sponsor, IFM requires that accepted presenters comply with ACCME Standards for Commercial Support of CME.
As such, you will be expected to complete and return a disclosure and attestation upon invitation to speak.

If invited to present, the speaker will be contacted by IFM directly and receive the following benefits and compensation:

  • One (1) complimentary registration to attend the full conference.
  • One (1) complimentary conference proceedings package.
  • Speaking honorarium to be determined by IFM.
  • Travel reimbursement and meal stipend, details to be provided upon invitation.
  • Speaker listing on the conference website.

Proposals should be relevant to an advanced clinical audience, not consumers or patients. Our audience is comprised primarily of MD/DO/ND/DC and ARNP degree types as well as nursing professionals, nutritionists and dieticians, health coaches, pharmacy professionals, and other disciplines.

Submissions will be reviewed on rolling basis, beginning October 28, 2024, and must be submitted by Monday, January 6, 2025, at 11:59pm Pacific Time. Every applicant will receive a decision on their submission from IFM via email by Friday, January 24, 2025.
